The history of the law firm dates back to the year 1963, when B. G. "Bob" Perry founded the firm in Horn Lake, Mississippi. The law firm moved to Southaven, Mississippi in 1967. Ronald L. Taylor joined the B. G. Perry Law Firm in 1969 and the law firm's name was changed to Perry & Taylor, Attorneys at Law.
Then, as today, the law firm has a general litigation practice in all State and Federal Courts of Mississippi

and Tennessee with an emphasis on prosecuting Plaintiff personal injury cases that generally involve catastrophic injuries. The firm members are active in the State and Local Bar Associations, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association.

The firm has been at its present location at 961 Main Street in Southaven, Mississippi for the past 35 years.
